Meridian 105 currently has on the boards a 73-unit residential structure with parking and restaurant space at the base. The proposed project will be an addition to the Sunnyside neighborhood on Denver's North side, and is conveniently located near the 41st & Fox light rail station. The project will transform an historically industrial area of the neighborhood abutting the rail corridor. Meridian 105's design creates

a mainstreet environment along the frontage of the building by incorporating patios and open residential spaces to create a connection to the streetscape. The building volumes are faceted to break the roofline and reduce the scale of the structure. The proposed design is slated for construction in 2023.
