The Navajo 37 is a three story mixed-use building in Denver’s Highlands neighborhood that includes approximately 40 units of multi-family, for-rent housing, a rooftop amenity deck, parking and a restaurant/retail space. Active restaurant and patio spaces abut the street at the base of the structure and serve to bolster the neighborhood environment. The project is in the design phase with its completion projected in 2023.
