Front porches are a key design element that seek to break the traditional mold of townhouse living by bringing residents down to grade, creating thoughtful pedestrian connections to the neighborhood. Simple exterior detailing and a facade clad in weathered grey wood siding convey an authentic and residential presence, and the faceted facade forms peaks and valleys in the roof line, breaking down the scale to suit the neighborhood.
