The Newport Townhouse project, located at 38th and Newport in Denver, occupies a quarter of a city block and abuts a public park. The project creates a formal façade along Newport and as a backdrop to the park.

The project incorporates a very simple, repeating design, maximizing efficiency in the overall project cost.

Restrained Materials Used Artfully
Meridian 105 specified a very simple and clean white stucco for the majority of the facade cladding. The material is cost effective and low maintenance and creates a beautiful contrast to the blue Denver Skies. The facade material specifications were key to bringing the project on budget.

Engaging Streetscape
The sidewalks and pedestrian experience are emphasized in the design. The walkup experience creates a sense of community within the development.
